IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 3 - 4 days period, where your items processed and dispatched by our shop. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from www.lewis-limited.com specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or www.lewis-limited.com.

INSURANCE

Lewis insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by www.lewis-limited.com and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Lewis shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. German VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the European union. Local VAT will be applied to United Kingdom and Italy.

Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

Shipment to our customers is free.

Customers have to care for the return shipping costs.

www.lewis-limited.com does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.

SHIPMENT DELIVERY

Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. Lewis packages are carefully sealed in a white cover.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact Lewis at This email address is being protected from spambots. If the package is damaged or if an item is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the www.lewis-limited.com commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Lewis at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Lewis. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
